Technical knowledge of hammerhead

There are many terms to explain hammers. Our small hammers are also called hammers. However, the hammers produced by our hammerheads manufacturers are not those of small hammers.

The hammerhead produced by our hammerhead manufacturer is the hammer head in the large-scale sand making machine, which is used to crush building stones. Let's talk about how the hammer is produced and processed

The hammer head we are talking about is a kind of cone-shaped object with different sizes at the upper and lower ends. The larger end is connected with the steel pipe, and the smaller one is connected with the other end through accessories. Small cone head is used in many occasions. The "member" in the structure of bolt ball grid structure refers to the state after the two ends of steel pipe are welded with hammerhead (or sealing plate).

1. Blanking: the raw material of hammer head blanking is round steel.

2. Forging of hammer blank: the blanking block is made by die forging after heating. Before forging, the cone head blank shall not have defects such as over burning and cracks. Normalizing treatment is required after forging, and oxide scale is removed on the surface.

3. Machining of hammer head: after the cone head is forged and formed, milling machine is used to process the steps matching the cone head with the inner wall of rod and tube, the small diameter end plane of cone head and weld groove, and the perpendicularity of two end faces of hammer head shall be controlled within 0.5mm. After face milling, the center line of screw hole machining line is drawn on the marking platform, and the center points of hammer assembly positioning and clamping detection are also depicted. The screw hole is processed by CNC drilling machine.
